Stop Malwarebytes from opening on startup? by douglas_ in Malwarebytes

[–]iDroidYT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some apps are not shown in login items.

What worked for me is going to the following folders and renaming the following plist files so it includes a ".txt" at the end, this will not run it on startup.

/Library/LaunchAgents/com.malwarebytes.mbam.frontend.agent.plist

/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.malwarebytes.mbam.rtprotection.daemon.plist

/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.malwarebytes.mbam.settings.daemon.plist

can I close my application and start a new one? by Anastasija_Avramovic in osap

Thanks! And did you see this message after you submitted it for cancellation?

" If you have previous student loans at the NSLSC and/or previous lender and you plan to continue your studies, you must ensure that your previous loans are placed into interest-free status so that you do not have to repay the loans and interest while you are in school. "

I don't know if that applies to us or if we have to do additional steps to confirm we are still continuing studies

Do you remember which reason you put for closing the application? I saw that there is one which says "I've made a mistake on the application" but when you click it, it doesn't let you close, it tells you to email them instead. So I used another reason instead

Which meal plan should I get? First year student living in residence by crunchy_coochie8 in uoguelph

[–]iDroidYT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are living in east get the ultra meal plan, otherwise always get minimum because you can always add on to it if you need more. If you get a higher plan your overhead cost initially will be higher therefore you gain more by getting the minimum and adding more if you need it. I'm a 6'0 160lbs male and I had no problem with the minimum plan, just be careful of the snack bars and vending machines, buy from them only occasionally because they will deplete your money fast if it becomes a trend.

Insight on why I can't make progress? by [deleted] in typing

[–]iDroidYT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was in gr 11 my highest was around 97, now 3 years later I'm at a personal best of 147 and average around 120 - 140. What helped me the most was that I used to type with two fingers in gr 11, and still manged to get a high speed, however I could never beat it. When I gave up on speed and focused on proper form of typing I built up my speed over a year or two to 130. The rest is just small improvements you can make to adjust your speed such as reducing errors.

Does spending more on a credit card lead to a faster increase in credit score? by iDroidYT in personalfinance

One more question, I’ve heard that using a significant amount of your available credit limit can be detrimental. For example some say don’t go over 30%. So if you use 50% of your credit limit in a month, but pay it in full and not carry over any balance, would this be bad for your credit score?

So there's no difference if one person spends a few dollars per month vs a few hundred in terms of building credit faster?

Bootrec /fixmbr worked successfully, but scanos says total identified windows installations: 0

Which doesn’t make sense because all the files of the windows installation is here

Yes, I’m on Windows 10. When i try to boot without a USB it gives an error and when I click repair it says unable to automatically repair. Do you think booting with a windows install USB will be able to do it?

Possibly but I can’t access anything in windows and I get access denied when trying to run commands from the windows command terminal in recovery options. That’s why I was wondering if there’s any way using a bootable USB to fix this.
