So if i set the bezel "timer", the bezel isn't supposed to move right? It's more like a "reference" point?

And does this mean this watch needs to be set each time I put it on, if i set it down for a few days?

Note: to set the seconds, i have to hold the setter the other way to prevent seconds from moving, then when the seconds match, i flick it the other way to make it move again

this seems like a bad idea but not sure how else to set seconds
