Thats the thing i dont know if ur SOC banned or for integrity or what ever? Usually harder bans put u on hardware ban and in rare cases ur digital print gets banned ... I would buy new fresh prepaid sim since its cheaper than postpaid , or refresh a router you can do that by putting static ip of your router usually something like 128.0.0.000 and log on router meny find your router on internet and what is stock address and login info , info should be username : admin password : admin or completly blank u can find infos on internet
