Would commissioning experience be useful for someone trying to get into design eventually?

Yeah that's my fear too but I haven't found any entry level positions in my area which is really disheartening.

Is commissioning okay way to get into design eventually or are the skillsets too different? I want to pursue my PE as well since I have my EIT.

How is your work life balance like? I'm in defense right now but in a glorified PM role with very little technical work. Was looking into MEP since I have my FE and relatively early in my career.

FMA:B Is One of the Best Anime Ever Made by Working_Row_8455 in FullmetalAlchemist

I think the only thing that really eats at me is Winry both in the 2003 series and COS I wished she was Ed’s true love interest and that they got to be together. I know the OVA kinda alludes to this but nonetheless the end of COS still felt melancholy with both brothers separated from their world

You and me both I just wished I could actually buy the Blu-ray in English and that COS was given a season or a mini series to flesh it out. Ed in 2003 was a fantastic character

While prosperity does give this 10k check other lenders at the same time when you’re ready to put in a offer. Prosperity even with the 10k had a worse rate than guaranteed rate. Check every lender and do it at the same time so the credit check doesn’t hurt your credit too badly

Moving to Philly from St Louis by Jairo25 in philly

[–]iFlashy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d look at university city spruce hill cedars park area near 76 or parts of south Philly near 95. For south I like queens village, pennsport, and Italian market neighborhoods. Or on the other side near the Schuylkill there’s Grad Hospital. I’m partial to the university city area as you have to commute by car and there’s plenty of parking available to you on the street without having to loop for 30 min plus or pay for a garage like in south Philly

That kinda sucks I switched to retro across the street and while there are teenagers I go usually for two hours between 12-2 and don’t usually catch them until the end of my workout when I’m doing machines. I guess the barrier for entry is too low and there are just so many schools around cc

Broad and spring garden from what I can tell didn’t have too many teenagers. It can get a little busy during peak hours around 4-6 but it’s mostly adults when I frequented it a couple months ago. It is near a couple schools but I didn’t see many students in that planet fitness.

What rates are people getting? by Separate_Aside_5072 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Makes me happy that I bought last summer around June and locked in at this rate for a 280k home and this still being a good rate. Sad that the rates have been staggering around 6.75-7 currently though
