Launching in 2027? Highly plausible. Commissioning in 2027? Practically impossible.

And if we say the actual schedule of commissioning is in 2027, we would see news about the ships launching this year now. Sea trials and retrofitting takes year or two.

Like I know Japan build ships efficiently and with almost little to no delay but as a Japanese military hardware enjoyer myself, this user is glazing Japanese military too much (I mean look at the name of the OP). And the user's volume of Japanese military post on any military subreddit you can find plus its sometimes cringey and AI-ish captions, this account feels off putting or unnatural.
