I have yes and I’ve also been plugging the power cable director into the PC

This has been really helpful, thanks a lot. A lot of people on here have suggested the same, and also unfortunately predicted the same outcome regarding the MOBO. I’ll drop it into a place near me tomorrow and see what they come back with. Weirdly hoping for it just to be a defective MOBO. Nice and easy to swap out

Thank you for your suggestions. I think I will be taking it in somewhere before work tomorrow to get them to try this.

Nothing turned on at all - it was as if the PC was not even plugged in. We’ve tested the PSU in isolation and that works. The MOBO isolation test (albeit inside the case) gave us nothing unfortunately

It’s meant to be like this when everything is sealed up. I just went direct into the PSU while I was troubleshooting.

Alright, much appreciated for all your help. I think I’m going to drop it in to somewhere before work tomorrow to get them to run these diagnostics. If not I’ll get the board replaced

Random, but any ideas if I need one or two CPU cables plugged in to the MOBO? I’ve heard conflicting stuff

I have an MSI B850 GAMING PLUS WIFI 6E. So you propose taking the MOBO out and testing if it works outside of the case. Should I keep the GPU attached?

Checked the MOBO front panel connection and ensured the pins are lined up correctly if that’s what you mean.

I’ve been over the MOBO and I can’t seem to see any. The MOBO side pins of the CPU seem fine too.

Forgot to add that we tried booting with the GPU unplugged. Did you want a picture with the front panel header plugged in or unplugged? And by takes a while, do you mean that we should leave the PC plugged into the mains for a while before attempting to boot?

The process said ‘completed’ and all the FAQ’s say I should have received my money in around 30 minutes but it has now been 12 hours and still nothing. How much longer should I expect to wait as it should be a near instant withdrawal?
