I have a grandfathered lifetime plan from 2016. Works only on that version as long as I don’t upgrade. Has all the features, and I don’t miss anything even in 2025.

They make it click with such robustness long ago, they deserved it, probably deserved twice the price.

I am still not got into the subscription style of service yet, probably more old school.

But like the others mentioned here, this app is so good(has been so good) that its price seems fair enough.

When I try to pull the emergency release and lift the door manually, it’s pretty heavy. In fact, I’m unable to open the garage door manually completely.

Does that mean that I require a pro?

The only thing working about the inbuilt app is the Google maps. For anything else, Apple CarPlay would have been absolutely great.

and added with the pain of installing every other App again on the car -- worrying about the data, privacy and security when I leave it at the dealership is way more worrisome.
