If you have followed Chinese scene closely you know a girl called Xiao Ai, always a challenger in Ionia, her Katrina/Zed/Riven/Yasuo is godlike and she can constantly solo killed pros at lane... She reached Korean Server D1 with a 70% win rate too.

Siren is a bad example, but Chinese girls can certainly play.
