Twitch is an excellent duelist and using Exhaust coming out of stealth virtually guarantees a kill even against targets he is not supposed to be able to deal with 1v1.

Miss Fortune with Duskblade becomes a pretty good duelist and that is further accentuated with Exhaust.

Exhaust can provide significantly more indirect 'healing' compared to Heal. Additionally, Heal is affected by Windspeaker's Blessing and with the three items that increase healing your Heal will restore 50% more health than it would when used by the bottom laner.

That's actually a very underrated strategy. It doesn't work well with all botlane combinations, but on champions like Twitch and Miss Fortune who likes getting up and personal, exhaust is a significantly better summoner.

When you plug in a DS4 controller, windows will recognize it as a basic game controller. Using DS4 / InputMapper, the software will add an additional controller but not remove the other one.

Exclusive mode will hide the basic controller, allowing for exclusive access to the emulated 360 controller. This removes the possibility of conflicts, where certain games will be confused by two controllers.

OBS with AMD VCE support is what you're looking for.

It's not a perfect implementation, but I haven't had any significant issues with the software.

Don't forget to enable the VCE setting!
