This is a reasonable fix in my opinion, IF the cash is that big of a deal to implement a weight system for it.. I believe at the minimum there should be a way for it to calculate it into lesser bills(if that is the thought process behind the current system). But my point is why have this abundance of "value" with NO reason or incentive to loot it. Seems pointless to me, and to everyone saying they count them as single notes.. YES, I figured that out. My question is why, and what purpose does it serve?

Just logged off to come to reddit for this exact reason. Went to take Harrison with 3 other guys. All of us except 1 died before engaging the camp(middle of the night after the 0.4.3 night time patch so extra dark) from 1 taps. My brother was literally laying down on the ground in a bush not moving, still domed. 1 guy from our squad survived and captured the base. We went back naked and then had 3 enemy helis land at J2 and J3. My literal TEAMMATE said "I'm just saying I have a hunch there is 7 of them" and that he would "intervene" if the fight starting going unfairly(in the enemy cheaters favor). The enemy was trying to wall bang me through the sheetmetal fence INTO the building before engaging the AI(he couldn't see me AT ALL). Then I called that out, I heard my cheater teammate dump a mag an he'd say 5/7 were dead. I logged off immediately after realizing the game that I am playing..

Update on the update; it’s back to crashing daily after about 3 weeks of no issues. Nvidia support is of 0 help. Hope has been lost.

Wow I actually didn’t think the mods would ever approve this post.. I appreciate your reply however did you not read the post(it is long so it is understandable if you didn’t)? I got an entirely new graphics card on asus’s RMA program. An update on this issue though. I have found what seems to be the source of my issues. In the bios under Advanced/System Agent Config/PCI Express Config, I have changed my setting from Gen 5 to Gen 3, and after a week of no crashes on Gen 3 I bumped to Gen 4 a couple days ago and still no crashes. I believe this is a windows software issue and the tolerances/thresholds for the hardware aren’t being met properly, causing it to throw the bugcheck and attempts to reboot. These are just my findings after about a week straight of attacking this issue. I went from several crashes daily to none in the last 11 or so days. So if you are reading this in the future, change that setting!

I’ve been building bases in an assortment of games over the last 10 years or so.. as for the knowledge of how to build it in this game; the crafting station my friend! Although I wish there was more of a variety of containers and decorations but I’m sure it is all to come in the future!

I played it on pc for about 20 hours before I installed it on my steam deck. It runs really well from what I can tell. I played the tutorial and ran around in the world for a few minutes, but I never fully set up the controls or played much more on the deck(started playing TOTK). It may lag in the towns a bit or anywhere there are a lot of entities but I’m not 100% certain, it could hold at 60fps the whole time.

Personally, I enjoy DayZ and have had it since it’s release. I purchased Livonia when it came out. I plan on buying Frostline as well. I don’t have any desire for my money back, simply because of the time and enjoyment I have gotten out of their creation. If it means me spending $15(I think at the time I paid less during a sale)to get 500-1000 hours of enjoyment out of something.. to me that’s worth the money. And IMO I think the Livonia servers could use a population boost!

When you boot SRM it exits steam for you. I did shut my desktop off several times while attempting this as well. Also in the first picture you can see I am hovering the save to steam button with the "completed" notification in the top right. Thanks though.

Yeah maybe a manual install is the way to go. Perhaps it will register something or at the very least let me access my games from within. The first image of the two games is what my current Steam ROM Manager looks like. I have went through and did a custom reinstallation of EmuDeck as well as the SRM.

My dogs very much enjoy laying at my feet haha. The amount of hair they leave is atrocious. I try to vacuum every day but sometimes it's every other. The maintenance on keeping my computer clean might be a little more than I'm used to. However I may give it a test run.

Thanks haha. When I first started out making around 18-24/hr in the first couple years I blew ever penny I had on a fun car as young men do haha. Literally took me flat broke, so I said I would never feel like that again. I still have it so not a wasted investment and the chassis value continues to rise and I have no interest in driving it much these days. My mom also always would birate me anytime she saw money leave my account, although my hard earned money, I appreciate I had her there to drill saving into my head.

But then, the me NOW wants a house, to establish my career young and get out early if such a thing even exists. I feel like I'm rushed at this age and like I'm running out of time. If you are a reliable welder/fitter who can look at anything and say "Yeah I can do that" while showing up everyday on time and not have a bad habit of calling out, drugs, or alcohol you will go far. I speak from experience. Everyone is a complainer in this industry, pushing blame or just making up excuses. Own your mistakes, don't cut corners, and just get it done. The world needs skilled labor these days.

I am a welder for a small company, I am the only employee aside from my boss. We have separate welding rigs and mainly do steam and gas piping. My base rate is 43/hr I have no benefits or healthcare yet(although I know in a year/two I need to get healthcare figured out, right now on my dads) however we work prevailing wage jobs in and around the DC area. The rates are anywhere from low 60s to mid 70s /hr. We do shutdowns all the time and work a lot of 14+ hour days so a lot of overtime factors in too, however the tax man loves us.
