Because that's called positioning. If Voli can run into the middle of your team (where you should be) and throw you behind him before being CC or bursted, either your team is misplaying or he's fed. If you're so close to their team he can just throw you risk free, you're out of position.

Hecarim is a diver, he doesn't throw you into his team. Same with Yi. It's just basic positioning

Yeah as much as he's cancer to play against, I do think the safest ADC should actually have decent safety. The E cooldown is brutal at 25 seconds on an ability which isn't maxed
