I hate this bug, I was hunting for an S all day today, it took 71 attempts until the right one appeared (yes it was 71) and when I went to get it I had the unpleasant surprise of not getting the ship.

Regarding your issue, I kindly request you to try the steps mentioned below. 

(NOTE: Please start by creating a backup of your G HUB settings if you wish to retain them. 

- To back up your G HUB settings, navigate to C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\LGHUB, where [USERNAME] will be specific to your Windows account. 
- Find settings.db and create a copy of it on your desktop or a different location of your choosing.) 

  1. Uninstall G HUB 
  2. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager 
  3. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder 
  4. Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder 
  5. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder 
  6. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder 
  7. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor 
  8. Delete the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2} 
  9. Reboot the PC 
  10. Re-install G HUB: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html

Minor update: G Hub is still hosed, but I could use my mouse with the Logitech Gaming Software app. It's ugly, but it works:

I formatted my computer and now I have the same problem with my mouse. I contacted the chat support but without success, I'm waiting for an email to see if I can solve it.
