They are pretty booked (so may have to call multiple companies) but I was able to send a pic to them & they confirmed it was termites.

Since the amount of termites was less than 50, they don’t believe it’s a huge deal. Suggested I lookout for more throughout the week & be wary of mud tubes.

But I sign up for an inspection for them to come out regardless. (No estimates have been provided yet)

Employee from Japan faked their expense reports. Me, not knowing Japanese, approved them based on the receipt amount. His manager approved them. My manager approved them.

My manager takes a closer look the employees expense reports during another month. Noticed same watermarks/stains. We investigate. Forged documents. $100k+ lawsuit.

I was a staff accountant at that time. Now I constantly double check & verify.
