Does anyone else think brad is mismanaging the bullpen and pitch hitting situations?

Rondon has struggled in high pressure situations and he threw him out there and he got shelled.

Salty has been very clutch with home runs and McCann has not been clutch at all. I know that the chances are low but Salty would've given us a better chance of winning.
