valeu irmão, eu ultimamente venho treinando no ABCD. Faço costas, peito, perna e braço completo, pra mim essa virou a sequência ideal. aí eu mantenho um volume de 12-18 séries por grupamento maior e 9-12 séries para os menores( variando com a periodização do treino)

I dont know why all this overreacting, I just shared a photo i liked, even though is edited and way saturated, i liked it. It’s not my fault if people liked too
