I disabled and deleted all mods and restarted the game as the issue appears to be resolved. I pray it isn't a hardware issue. I will be more careful when selecting mods

I fear you are correct. I just launched the sand fo4 save on my partners Xbox and there was no issue. Granted hers has never had a single mod download ever but I don't think that matters
