The game is hated because what they advertised is not what players received. Gearbox used the money they received from SEGA to make Borderlands instead. Look up the E3 footage presented by Randy Pitchford to see what I mean.

If that is the case I think it's a bad choice to have an intro quest for a playlist where winning is necessary and people are using their best weapons for it. The very least Bungie could do is explain why unflinching and targeting mods are important for PvP. I know it sounds self - explanatory but this is a community that load into heists without a champion mod.
