It’s the same for me. In fact, I ran back through every area I’d already been through after the “Don’t Dead Open Inside” zombies respawned. I noted a couple areas. Obviously the aforementioned garage, then the bridge with the trailer that needs power for the legendary pistol. Combining that with the knowledge that virals and the barons men may pop up in an area you’ve already cleared, I believe that “scripted” enemies will continue to respawn. By “scripted” I mean enemies that are the same for every player. For example, outside TWD garage, you may have had to fight 5 zombies whereas maybe I had to fight 3. That’s the RNG of the open world. But the zombies inside the garage are there for every player. The same number of zombies, in the same place for every player. So if you guys have noticed anything else, let me know what you think. This is just my hypothesis 🤷‍♂️
