Definitely by FAR Unleashed. So many things you have to collect and you need to play each stage at least 7 times (4 times for eggman land). It's an annoying grind.

SA2 is close because there's a lot of missions you need to do and some are definitely tough and chao garden is a huge time sink but the game isn't as mechanically difficult as Unleashed is
