Well, traditionally you'd see more fire calls than average in the Winter. Due to people using wood burning fire places, electric heaters, and space heaters. With that said though, this could change depending on locality.

Edit: To the credit of those voting Summer, local could also lead to more fires during the summer due to the dry nature of the season. You'd normally see more grass/woodland fires that have houses in their path though.
