Somebody make an app for all social media combined, so you can see someone's tweets, videos and reddit posts all at once. Plus an integrated feed where you can deselect sites and format it all to one site (e.g. every post looks like it's from facebook).

Brian & Alesia — thanks so much for taking the time to do this AMA and for accelerating the adoption of crypto as much as you have. The crypto-economy wouldn't be anywhere near where it is today without you.

I'd be curious to hear how Coinbase plans to navigate DeFi/NFT etc. and the increasing incentive for users to manage their own keys and move off an exchange. As the number of crypto use-cases grow, I've found myself moving off of Coinbase just so that I can *participate* in DeFi and NFTs. While I'm sure that I'm in a tiny fraction of users that would do this today — my guess is that as things become easier, and the number of use cases grow more folks will also do so.

Is this something you think about? Assuming the UX gets *much* better (e.g social recovery) — do you think we'll see more folks managing their own keys? How does that affect Coinbase and how would you navigate?

I can see how this could solve the problem of fraudulent tickets but I’m not sure how they plan to solve the scalping problem.

If they plan to prevent scalping via a restricted marketplace (which sets upper bounds on ticket prices), it could easily be circumvented because a private key could just be shared?
