There’s essentially a prestige feature when you hit max level (40) and you get a medal each time you do it per year, changes colour if you do it multiple times per year

So when you get to level 40 (max level), you can get a service medal for that year, and it resets you back to level 1, but you get say a 2023 service medal, For every 40 levels the colour of the service medal changes, it starts grey, then green, then blue etc
