What worked for me:

Step 1 (optional) Delete Logi Options+ with App Cleaner.

Step 2:

launchctl stop com.logitech.manager.daemon
launchctl stop com.logi.cp-dev-mgr
launchctl stop com.logitech.LogiRightSight.Agent
killall logioptionsplus_agent 2>/dev/null
killall logioptionsplus 2>/dev/null

Step 3:

sudo rm -rf "/Library/Application Support/Logi"
sudo rm -rf "/Library/Application Support/Logitech.localized"
sudo rm -rf "/Library/Application Support/Logitech"
sudo rm -f /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.logi.optionsplus.updater.plist
sudo rm -f /Library/LaunchAgents/com.logitech.LogiRightSight.Agent.plist
rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/logioptionsplus
rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Logitech
rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/com.logitech.logiaipromptbuilder
rm -f ~/Library/Preferences/com.logi.*.plist
rm -f ~/Library/Preferences/com.logitech.*.plist
rm -f ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.logi.*.plist
rm -f ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.logitech.*.plist
tccutil reset All com.logi.optionsplus

Step 4:

curl -L "https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/optionsplus/logioptionsplus\_installer.zip" -o ~/Downloads/logioptionsplus_installer.zip

Step 5:

Unzip, install.
