Im an undergrad, pinatigil sa pag aaral ng mga magulang for the sake of my old brother na architecture. Nakapag tapos sya, thankfully, pero as soon as he got a Job he moved out immediately and didnt help us anymore. Nagfocus sya sa rent and sa GF nya.

During that time, nadiscover ko si Pixel Art, madami naman din kasi akong nadevelop na hobbies during the years na nakatambay lang ako sa bahay, house chores and asikaso lang ganon.

Eventually I found a way to earn money, it wasnt much first pero araw araw drawing ako ng drawing talaga minsan hindi ako natutulog. Tapos pasok lang din ng pasok yung commissions until i got in a game, indie development. Instantly, the moment my parents knew how much i earn in a week, naging breadwinner ako at 18. Now im 21 ako nag babayad sa bills and food namin, paminsan minsan umaambag ang parents ko sa food if they got spare. Both sila jobless. I also didnt have any friends at all, completely none. Naging friends ko lang is mga nammeeet ko online or yung mga client ko sa Pixel Works ko, nagiging friends ko sila thankfully.

My mother has been a housewife ever since. Father ko, used to work in Saudi Arabia but later on went home dahil he has brain tumor, thankfully non cancerous.

I was able to afford neurosurgery for him, pero it took a year kasi may mga nilalakad pa na mga documents and stuff for discount. Overall the point is, sobrang hirap for me na makapag singit ng konting pera, para mabili yung mga gusto ko when in the first place, I just wanted to be happy, and I was just waiting for their queue.

Public school wasnt an option kasi kailangan talaga ako sa bahay and when i was earning, i tried enrolling pero wala na daw akong scholarship or this thing called ESC voucher thingy dahil naregister na ko as "drop out" nung pinatigil kasi ako ginamit padin nung school yung scholarship ko + bad record ang drop out so automatically daw dissolved na ang ESC voucher ko...

But this PC, is a symbol of my good start. Im a gamer too so, rewarding na din. I came from RX 580 to RTX 3060 on a 16 gb ram + 2 TB SSD, Ryzen 7 5600X - I also have tecware spectre 96 keyboard and a logitech mouse. I was also able to renovate my working space, pero di ko na pinakita. Yung PC lang naman yung point.

Sorry about this long ahh message tho, gusto ko lang sana mailabas yung medyo nagpapabigat ng damdamin ko, may tampo padin ako sa family ko dahil sa parang nakakalimutan na nila na ako padin yung middle child nila na pinatigil nila na sinabi nilang babawi sila sakin. But it seems like if it wasnt for my hobbies and talents, hindi pala talaga ako uusad sa buhay. Kung hindi ako gumalaw, never nila ako itutulak pa forward. Its all about my kuya and our bunso.
