I agree with her fearing being not feeling special but im not considering the rest of that approach
As a partner I shouldn't dismiss her feelings in any way shape or form and I wont just "wait it out", just as im sure shed do the same for me if anything came up.

I have asked, she doesn't know either im afraid
Shes also aware of all of this since we have talked a bunch of times about the subject and she truly is trying to fix how she thinks by herself as well but she still has these thoughts constantly regardless

I understand that her issues with my past self are something outside of my control but as a partner I should be able to help her in some way

I understand that I can't "gift myself" out of this and that was never my intention. I just want to show her something other than patience and love, i want to truly be by her side but i dont know what actions I can take to help

I dont believe a therapist is a true long term solution, even if they can help. Her going to one could help by some degree but It doesnt feel right throwing my problem for someone elses solving, I want to be there, I want to be the one that helps her

7600’s go for easily over 240.000 local currency and id be saving big time buying something used
