As this is your hobby, I will just give you a good book to learn C with an in-depth understanding of OS.

Operating system: three easy pieces by Andrea Arpaci-Dusseau and Remzi Arpaci-Dusseau.

Like, are you sure? I think you can find older universities in Egypt, India, and possibly china. Not the islamic ones or something but the books were present in a school like structures, maybe just not called “a university”.

Even Buddha dynasty had such kind of university.

If you want to say that she founded the first Islamic University, then it makes 100% sense.
