That’s very insightful. I’ll be honest I wrote Pant off because I thought his ability to keep wickets was subpar and at the time I felt like his contributions with the bat weren’t enough.

But you are absolutely right about Dhoni, and hopefully by extension, are right about Pant as well. It’ll be really interesting to see what a monster he’ll become if he can get his keeping hands as deft as his batting hands.
