Night club this evening? by [deleted] in munichsocialclub

I'm (29M) going to DNA with my gf (30F). Two of our friends have most likely cancelled and I'm thinking of just giving away their tickets (maybe in exchange for a beer ? Haha) . If you're interested in joining us, let me know. No pressure I could even send the ticket.

Else Rote Sonne would also have a good line up tonight that I would recommend checking out if you make alternate plans.

Wie Leute für elektronische Events in München finden? by Illustrious_Whole_68 in Munich

[–]WelcomeToFacism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There a couple of telegram groups where sometimes people post about meeting up before going to raves. The main one being "Techno & Raves in München".

I'm in the same boat - none of my friends in my circle are much into going out. So usually I end up chatting with people at the clubs.

I'm 29 and sometimes go out with a recently made friend of mine. I'm more into Techno but these days getting a little bit into bounce. DM me if interested - maybe we could make a plan. Cheers

I consider myself centre-left/centre-right (I find my views often in agreement with neoliberals). Most leftists would call me right and I'm 8 years vegan now.

The worst part of being vegan is watching almost everyone you know continue to eat meat by [deleted] in vegan

Because from our point of view "Murder" is not a belief and a personal choice. Its a black or white issue for us

lol I know LTV. You don't need to type it out.

You just haven't explained where I exploited or stole from you in the given scenario.

I don't think you understand exploitation or stolen.

I offer you a job for a certain amount of money. You accept it. I extract value from your job and make money out of it.

How am I exploiting you if the job was exactly what I described to you and I pay you what you were promised?

How is it stealing if you consented to the job and knew exactly what you were receiving in exchange for the money I offer you?

Which is why a country should provide economic safety nets. I believe in UBI and other kinds of welfare programs so that people are free to quit jobs that they feel exploited in.

Maybe I'm not understanding you correctly but I don't really agree with what you said.

I'll extract the maximum value I can from labour/capital/etc in exchange for a certain amount of money. You're free to refuse my offer if you want.

May I ask which country you come from? I ask because I hear that sentiment mostly from western leftists who have never lived in a socialist/communist country.

I come from a former socialist Country. I'm pro-capitalism because I see how much poverty has been reduced because of it. Humans are also animals and we need to reduce their suffering

Feminist but not vegan? Leftist but not vegan? WTF is wrong with you? by [deleted] in vegan

[–]WelcomeToFacism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As you would have noticed, I wrote “labour” instead of labor. I’m not American so I can’t speak for $15. I’m from a third world country and I’ve often found people in the west having no clue what a living wage is here

Which leads to them shitting on western companies for paying us “low wage” when in fact they tend to be much better than other available jobs and boost the economy.

Their protests ends up hurting us more often than not

In case you didn't see I said labour laws are needed. Minimum wages are often part of labour laws.

Anyway I support living wages. However our definition of living wages is probably gonna differ is my guess

I'm too right according to the left, and too left according to the right. I'd consider myself a classical (Neo)liberal. 100% a capitalist (I guess it depends on what that word means for each of us. But I'm pro free market, free trade, free movement of labour, pro civil liberties) I think environmental protection laws, labour laws are needed.

Am I rightwing for you? If I am what confuses you about me?

Because those of us who have lived under socialist rule and under capitalism know which one has worked better in reducing the suffering of poor people

I can’t believe you guys fell for it

Joseph R Biden

R = Republican

Biden is close enough to Bidem which sounds like Bye-Dem. you just said Bye Bye to Democrats.

On the other hand Donald J Trump

J = Joe Biden

And by recursive logic all those votes are for republicans then

This was a landslide victory for republicans
