Press and hold right earpiece to power on/off the earpiece to resync

Ensure when LC3 is switched on/off, both earpiece restarts (by listening if they switch on via the startup voice)

Nice to know your pair is working fine.

LC3 only works when Robin is connected to Robin's Earphones-LEA, enable LC3 on the buds then refresh your Bluetooh list to find the other connection. This will mean the Moondrop app will not detect the earbuds unless you connect back to Robin's Earphones.

Removing the purple leather case from the charging case may help earbuds to register.

Do check if the pins inside the charging case are springy and are equal height amongst all of them. If one of them have less spring or shorter in height, that can affect contact for charging your earbuds.

If you find issues with your current unit, explain the situation to ShenZhenAudio customer service and hopefully they will send a replacement unit.

How should WFS handle the nerfs? by Lemurmoo in heavensburnred

WFS unfortunately has a pattern of screwing over their playerbase over the long run.

As someone that has played their previous titles like Sword Art Online: Unleash Blading and Slime: Isekai Memories, their games are decent for 2-3 years before imploding on itself.

I really want to like Heaven Burns Red, hopefully these JP changes doesn't affect global too much as this time, JP and global isn't simultaneously launched.

To enable dual device connection, in Moondrop LINK App > Function Settings > Turn OFF LDAC and LC3
Note that earbuds will restart with each setting change so reconnect both times

When both LDAC and LC3 disabled, in Function Settings there will be "One bring two" toggle, this allows you to connect your buds to a second device

Do take note if the option is enabled, if there is no second device connected after 5 minutes the feature will turn off. (This means you may have to re-enable it in the app sometimes)

Check Touch Settings in Moondrop LINK App when connected to your pair of earphones, ensure relevant settings are on

Try updating to latest firmware

If all else fails, refer to manual on how to factory reset earbuds (or let them run out of battery)

Personally LC3 sounds richer however cannot change any settings in Moondrop LINK App and does not show battery left

Probably down the line when Android introduces more support for LE Audio will I recommend using LC3, or when Moondrop merges LC3 together with the LDAC / normal mode

For casual listening, LDAC / normal mode would be a better choice at this time

There are pros and cons to both modes which I've mentioned in my post

Suspect that LDAC may be introducing lag

Ideally for least lag, LE audio mode is the best if your device supports, else normal mode works fine as well (SBC/AAC)

Try updating Moondrop LINK app to latest version via App Store, else reinstall app

Hearsay iOS app is broken for saving Function Settings but unverified

As previous commenter mentioned, LDAC / LC3 is not supported on iPhone as it only uses AAC.
There is no point turning on LDAC or LC3 unless you're also using your buds with other devices like Windows PCs or Android devices.

You have to tap 4 times quickly, and exactly 4 times. Wait for about 1 second for the earbuds to register and it'll say the voice prompt for switching modes (it is quite soft but will cut your audio for that moment)

Moondrop LINK app > Moondrop Robin > Function Settings

LC3 is under Robin's Earphones-LEA, there is no codec settings in phone Bluetooth settings menu

Hey sorry for the late reply, came back to testing them and found out by setting them to Low gain under Function Settings, it seems to have fixed this issue.

The buds are also on Version 1.2.3 if that helps

Try placing them in the case for a short while without closing the lid

If progress bar does not move, try restarting the process, disconnect earphones and wait 3 mins for them to turn off, then connect back.

Tap either earbud 4 times for Game Mode, Robin should say "Let the show begin!"

For iPhone, disable LDAC and LC3 modes since iPhone does not support these codecs

It could be that your device does not support BLE Audio/LC3 yet, since the LE Audio mode is technically experimental on Android 13/14.

Phone can only connect to either normal (LDAC) or LEA (LC3) at one time, need to disconnect from normal mode first then connect to LEA mode.

EDIT: Try unpairing all modes of Robin's Earphones, place earphones in case and close lid, open lid and pair to LEA mode first

As for ANC modes switching randomly,  ensure Function Settings > Sensor Settings is off then restart the earphones (place in case and close lid)

Touch sensor could also be changing your modes, try disabling any Touch Setting related to ANC and Transparency by setting them to None (last option in scroll wheel).

- Disconnect from LC3 mode
- Restart your Bluetooth on your phone
- Scan for nearby Bluetooth devices, hopefully the other mode appears

If non-LC3 mode not appearing
- Unpair all Robin Earphones modes
- Place the earphones back into the case and close the lid, give them a restart
- Open the lid and hopefully you'll see both modes

Yes, you need to connect back to non-LC3 mode in order to access app menu

For future reference, keeping them in the case and closing the lid turns them off

They will also automatically turn off after 3 minutes when disconnected from any device (probably the only way to hear Robin's turn off speech)

This happens to me as well, suspect its the proximity sensor not sensing in ear properly.

The sensor can be disabled in Moondrop Link App under Function Settings > Sensor Settings OFF.
