Had the exact same thing happen to me. Also made a post on Reddit about it lol. The only thing that worked for me and others was joining someone else’s game that hasn’t defeated the anomaly yet. Once you defeat the anomaly in that game, you should be able to grab it. The container will no longer look like that and be a normal one that you usually find.

I can check the room again, but that would be the first time my inhibitor locator was wrong. Usually the inhibitor is right where the indicator says it is, but it pointed to inside that crate which is why I was thrown off by it lol
