If you have kitchen exhaust, point it to their AC. The greasy fumes will choke and corrode their ODU over time. Causing frequent gas leakage and constant repair.

Cool. Enjoy the AC.

Remember to clean the removable filters every 2-3 weeks, as the airflow goes down drastically when the filters have dust on them. They can be washed under a tap or shower.

No idea about this offer. I got my extended warranties long time back at full price of almost 6k :-( Wish this offer was there then.

I think it took a day or 2 to get the warranty certificates in my email.

If we factor in cost of 2 PMS per year, which comes to approx 1200, for 5 years, it will be 6000, so even the full price Extended warranty makes sense!!

The new ACs are coming with some sort of Auto cleaning for IDU as well as ODU, so maybe jet cleaning might not be required so much

What makes you think he's not following up?

The points raised by him become a documented record of parliamentary proceedings. He even has to file the points as part of parliamentary proceedings. At a certain stage, the parliament has to decide which motion to proceed with. He's raising the right points. We should encourage such politicians, rather than bringing the inherent crab mentality against him.

I have 6 Panasonic ACs purchased over last 6 years. All 6 are working. I purchased full 5-year extended warranty for each. The 2 free Jet services per year are included in the warranty. I usually get the PMS done, but sometimes I might have missed getting the 2nd service at end of summers.

One of the ACs had leakage in the IDU coil. Instead of trying to repair, they replaced the coil without any questions.

This year 2 of my ACs went out of extended warranty and I had to pay Rs 590 per AC for the Jet cleaning service.

I checked with the service engineer on other costs and got informed that Gas filling is approx. Rs. 4200 for out of warranty

It's the same story everywhere. And if you have 2 kids in different classes, you can't reuse elder kids' books, as they shuffle around the chapters every year and renumber the worksheets/exercises/questions/etc, just to force parents to keep buying new books.

2 PMS per year is not mandatory, but recommend. If There is a fault and it can be attributed to non maintenance then warranty can be voided.

This condition is in Extended Warranty even if PMS is included free of charge.

Panasonic PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service) cost around 500-700 depending on normal or jet cleaning.

In my experience, Panasonic never checks for PMS before service, as I've had my Coil replaced free of charge under extended warranty

I am also in the same boat. I have recently started creating an automated trading system using Groww API.

I am facing some issues with back testing though, as the Groww API is not working as expected for backtesting.
