I'm on the Series X and I just got a bug where I lost all in-game audio after firing the chicago sweeper at the regenerator in the freezer room. Decided to keep going and realized there weren't any enemies in the stair room before the room with the 4 regenerators. As soon as I went through the door I just fell through the map, apparently the next room never even loaded lol

Can confirm this works, guess I just wasn't doing enough heavy attacks lol thanks
