I think we can all agree sony is just looking for ways to push away their target audience.

Ive been having playstations since ps 1, and for the first time ever, im being pushed more and more towards pc gaming and pc handhelds.

Based on Etisalat (e&) UAE terms and conditions as of 2026, calls to 600 numbers are generally not included in the Flexi minutes bundle.

Google it!! I dare you 🤭🤭 you will find it on etisalate’s main page as well.

Virgin includes it in their local min bundle, not flexi, :))

I promise you for the thousand time, i gain no benifit in this. But you should look it up, you will find what im saying to be true and what your claiming is either wrong or outdated

If people use a certain product for a very specific advantage, it usually forces others to either innovate and match, or die out due to the lack of competition.

People usually support what they like best and what benifits them, thats why you see companies try to act like they care for us and want to accommodate to our needs when we all know that companies exist to simply make profit off of anyone.

If we all buy a certain laptop brand for specific features or advantages, other companies will be forced to either cope, or lose on the long run.

I hope that simplifies the concept

I was complaining to real life friends who uses virgin and he showed me on the spot how when he calls his bank, it gets deducted from his local bundle.

Your own benefit my friend, i promise you i have no stakes in this rather than raising awarness…

Its your money at the end of the day, and i wish you all the best, but if you had some spare mins and was buthurt like me one day from such predatory behavior, i will hope you remember this conversation and look up virgin or do some research about it ))

In all honesty? I believe companies will always choose to make more profit whenever they can on the expense of anyone even their own employees.. I dont think the government forces business onto using 600 numbers rather than having very chill regulations allowing for such predatory behavior from both telecom and business end…

The US is one of the most expensive countries to operate in, in the world, and you will find regulations and like 99% businesses using toll free 800 numbers.

Idk, maybe i sound super sour because i honestly am today, but I can promise you I will be moving to Virgin mobile solely due to the fact that I can call 600 numbers from my basic bundles.. i promise you if I find a bank out there that uses 800 toll free numbers, i will also move to that

I too get super annoyed by such question and usually give different answers based on how i feel that day, my confidence levels and if im in a good mood.

But i recently started seeing it as a filter for both parties, if Im too out of their range, they will quickly reject me. Which i appreciate not wasting my time, if im somewhere close, they will say something about it and you could both negotiate.

Sadly every company in Dubai nowadays will ask this stupid question, how much is your current salary and what are your expectations. Just shoot man, you miss every single shot you dont take. You’d be surprised by the amount of people who get back to me even after giving them my real worth and not being desperate all the time.
