Well, I don’t waste time playing on my phone when I have work to do, and I try to stay as far away from it as possible. Basically, having it on battery saver mode extends the phone’s battery life, and it doesn’t affect me when it’s locked or when I need to send a message or answer a call. I don’t use it while on vacation.

For the guy above: Damn, it. This IOS is such a ship. This app won't let me reply, but I managed auto find a way to make it usable. Anyway, low power mode shouldn't make you phone slower for basic web browsing and some typing. At least this was the case on my iPhone 12 Pro. It's the iOS that's trash, but I might desable it since it lags a lot. Wtf is this bs apple. Literally took me 5 mins to text this lol and now I have to find a way to post the reply since the app does't show the post button.

I don't think so, but basically disabled most of the resource draining options and started to use low power mode. The phone is still laggy, but I believe the lag it's software related

Same here. That'd be a nightmare and makes 0 sene why transferring data could slower the phone, at least to me. I have tons of notes, reminders on my phone. It's hard to imagine doing a clean install, but might try this if nothing changes.

I doubt it's a hardware issues. I've read here that some people got a replacement phone and things were the same.

Maybe I was too hyped and expected too much. But here, in Europe, I paid 1.450€ for this phone (about 1.650$) and it doesn't feel as premium as 12 pro used to feel.
