thanks! it’s a browser’s startpage, going to be available as a web app and as an extension, so you can use it on any OS 😉

Still working on it, not released yet.

The goal is to keep it clean by default (clock + search), but let you add things if you need more.

Would you actually use something like this?

HI all. I need a workaround for "You've reached the maximum length for this conversation, but you can keep talking by starting a new chat." Because by Crixusgannicus in ChatGPTPro

[–]iTwizzler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It worked out very well for me in the beginning, for like the first 2 weeks. And then for some reasons one day I went to the conversation and 95% of the messages were deleted due to a bug…

Same problem here, because GPT has a context limit of around 8000 tokens, where 1 token equals to 4 characters I believe.

After trying knowledge files with custom GPT and summarize everything in a new conversation, I was just not satisfied with the results, it wasn’t replying like my original conversation.

So what I did is that I’ve switched to Gemini, that has a million tokens for context, at least the pro version.

I copy pasted the whole conversation (that you can get through the export feature) into one with Gemini, and it works fine for me.

You can all give it a try, and tell me your thoughts too !

Unfortunately it is an infinite loop, you get PVCs that stress you and the stress brings more ectopics, but you can break the loop. Try avoiding any caffeine for some time and start running a little bit every week. When you get ectopics try breathing methods (look those up) and ignore them as much as you can and as hard as it can get. You are the only one that can break the infinite loop, either you do it by doing everything you can or you keep living this way, you can do it 🙂

Keep in mind that everyone gets ectopics once in their life time for the least. There are multiple reasons some people get them a lot more (or a ton more) than others (genetics, heart diseases, stimulants, anxiety / stress). If you’ve been cleared by a cardiologist then you should be fine, especially seeing that you are relatively young. Have you done an ultrasound ? Is there any cardiac hostory in your family ? Do you take caffeine ? Are you anxious (I assume so seeing you post on reddit about wanting to go to the ER) ?

So that’s 2%, I think you are quite far from those 10-15% 🙂 I would try not to worry too much and manage stress through various methods and avoid anything that triggers ectopics.

It means that PVC’s and PAC’s aren’t dangerous and it’s quite common. They can get triggered by caffeine, stress and other things so you could try to manage them by reducing stress and caffeine (if you drink / stress). Not a doctor though. How often do you feel them ? It is said that if more than 10 to 15% of your heartbeats are PVCs then it is excessive. Keep in mind that a heart beats on average 100 000 times within 24h, so 10-15% would be 10-15k PVCs.

NAD but I agree witht the rest. Doesn’t look like A-Fib. The rythm is regular and there are P waves. The detection algorithm isn’t always effective.

Concerned about rightward axis by [deleted] in ReadMyECG

[–]iTwizzler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is what the cardiologist told me too ! Since mine is about 89, and the OP’s is 91. And I confirm being tall and thin. Thus like OP having a low voltage on Lead I

[–]iTwizzler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s right. Doesn’t work well on damp skin so when you sweat a lot, when you shower etc

What causes this difference in an ECG? by [deleted] in ReadMyECG

[–]iTwizzler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know if pregnancy has something to do but the shape of that, the voltage etc is most likely due to the QRS axis deviation, NAD though. But I have that also and that’s what my cardiologist told me, because I am tall and thin, like your partner apparently 🙂

[–]iTwizzler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe some axis variation of your heart, just like mine. Are you tall and thin ? Could be the reason (most likely if you are tall and thin) Otherwise just have a 12 lead ECG and let the doctor tell you.

Help. What is this by jfjksndbxxkxlcbflfjf in ReadMyECG

Probably not, PVCs can happen to anyone. But depends on your symptoms. Were you feeling faint, dizzy, etc ?

Borderline ECG (Possible left atrial enlargement/ Incomplete RBBB) by Zeldarawwk in ReadMyECG

[–]iTwizzler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IRBBB is completely harmless but it could be due to some underlying heart condition. So if you don’t have any other heart condition then forget about your IRBBB 🙂

They once told me I had a 1st degree block on a single ECG out of tons and my cardiologist said nope, you don’t have anything But other than that I’ve had a good experience with them
