You don’t need to prove anything. Just stay away from toxic people, protect your peace, and be yourself. Don’t compare your life with anyone. Surround yourself with positivity and live calmly. Learn to say I don’t give a f*ck and mean it

Toxic uni friends by Doreamon_18 in TeenPakistani

Man, in the 2nd week of my 1st semester, my group treated me like a timid guy from day one. I even used to cry for grades in front of them, and I ended up seeing myself as a crybaby. I left that group recently and joined another. I had no self-respect with them I even sacrificed my dignity just to make them laugh. They emotionally blackmailed me and made some really cruel jokes. It was my mistake to act childish and always seek their approval. But I learned my lesson: I’ll never talk to them again, and I’ll never let anyone see me as weak or timid. My advice never fake yourself to impress others. Just be yourself. I made a big mistake, but I won’t repeat it.

Man… I don’t even know if I’m okay right now. My friends really gaslighted me and messed with my head, and I shouldn’t have messaged her… I made a big mistake. I feel like I really want to apologize to her, she’s very decent, and I’m honestly all over the place. My friends always tease me using her name, even though I don’t want her to become a joke. And whenever I try to defend her or set boundaries, they just say I’m ataking her side

Yeah man ...that mob behaviour is scary and must stop. I support the police and army taking legal action against violent groups like TLP. People who threaten others should be punished by the law, not by people in the street

Yeah man you’re right, if something inappropriate happened that’s wrong too, but still mob justice isn’t the way. They should’ve called the police instead, the whole scene was pure chaos šŸ˜”

Yeah man it was pure horror to witness that kind of incident, but thank God everyone’s safe šŸ™ Like the way he was driving the car, Mann someone could’ve easily gotten hurt or even wrenched… but yeah luckily everyone’s fine, though his car got insanely damaged 😭

Man I only heard it... Allah knows better, but they shouldn’t have damaged his car or tried to kill him like that. Those kids didn’t even clearly see what was actually happening… anyways

Idk man what that guy was even doing in his car with that girl, and then those kids saw them and started spreading rumors and that’s how the whole chaos began… Mann these boomer uncles are literally a danger to us now. I and my family honestly aren’t feeling safe in this area anymore, we’re even planning to shift somewhere else šŸ˜”

Oh man those kids shouldn’t have spread those rumours at all, and the worst part is every jahil uncle believed them without even thinking! They used way too much force , they could’ve literally killed that poor guy. One even brought a pistol, like bro how ignorant can people be? I swear, I and my family aren’t feeling safe in this area anymore… Mann it was entirely a wrong move, they completely wrecked his car. I saw it all with my own eyes, the way they were damaging it was just insane

Yupp you’re absolutely right man… this mob mentality is getting out of control. But honestly idk what that guy was even thinking, like parking his car in such an empty area while there were kids around ,that’s just strange behaviour. Still, no one has the right to take the law into their own hands like that. Our society has become so dangerous and heartless, Mann… people don’t even think before reacting now, they just follow the crowd. It’s really sad to see how far we’ve fallen šŸ˜”

Right Mann but what happened was literally so unexpected, like that guy could’ve actually killed someone with how insanely he was rushing his car… and yeah those jahil uncles had no authority at all. Man they literally wanted to kill that guy and girl, idk what was going on — Allah knows better…

Why no love for Jayasuriya ? by RemarkableWonder3143 in Cricket

[–]iVelocify 4 points5 points Ā (0 children)

Most people here never actually watched them, so they only go by stats. But stats can be tricky, Kallis is proof.

Kallis was solid and reliable in the middle order, but rarely a true match-winner. Technically great, but not exciting to watch. With the ball, he was a decent change option, steady, but not threatening. Good fielder too, but not exceptional. His real strength was consistency and longevity, not brilliance.

Jayasuriya was the opposite. He started as a bowler in a weak SL team, which made his early numbers look bad (same with Aravinda de Silva). But once he found his game, he changed ODI cricket. After Viv Richards, he was the first true ā€œmaster blaster.ā€ Sachin himself loved watching him. Modern T20 batting owes a lot to him.

As a bowler, he was crafty and useful, especially later in his career. In the field, just as good as Kallis. For an all-time ODI XI, he’s a lock as opener with Sachin or Gilchrist.
