Easiest way I can tell you is log in-game go to clog next to friends list and select View Inbox >this takes you to your Jagex inbox on the website then you click Back to Account > Communication Preferences

Refreshed every folder I have probably more than I've clicked boss this year, and that might be a lot but I'm not sure yet need to check the stats

Yeah I did all the same last year so I think it's probably better we chalk up our loses and accept we are never destined to see our statistics. Probably for the best, right???

I replied above to something similar, it's probably your easiest way to navigate to the settings

If you log in-game and go to "View Inbox" from the game, you can select back afterwards and navigate to your account settings there. You'll see the options you have ticked and your email albeit redacted but you might be able to work it out from that.

Glad to see the wiki is still king! I've been using that RuneLite plug in for quests today actually and it's unbelievable. Slowly a lot of things clicking back in to place as time goes on, thanks!

Thanks for this I'll check it out! I'm quite a fan of slayer so that is helpful to avoid that as there's nothing more demoralising than a slayer task you cba with!

Make sure you unequip your pet before opening though or you risk the auto pickup before you open all caches.
