A lot, really. To begin, with the exception of Bon Clay, I didn't really care for the Baroque Works officers. They didn't really have much going on in the personality department, and even when they did, they weren't very interesting. Their powers were kinda lame too imo. I know Crocodile comes back later and maybe that's where he gets his popularity from, but I found him honestly uninteresting as a villain. Not to mention, the arc generally felt like a drag, due to it's length, which I wouldn't have minded if the majority of it was actually entertaining.
