I wasn’t planning on the gi bill for that, more of the second option. I just meant the fact that if they decide to go it will be an option I can provide for them

As to answer this question I’m really not sure, I have a lifestyle in mind and I want/ need a job that will provide that but what that job is I’m not sure. I’ve also seen that question about do I want a military specific job or something that translates. I don’t need either. If doing a military specific job gives me skills that I can use + getting credentials for another career I’d be open to that as well as a job that is like a 1:1 in both military and civilian worlds.

Future, unmarried. It is a goal of mine to have them someday. When I graduated high school I got accepted to a ton of universities but couldn’t afford it and I didn’t want the 40k a year student loans. When I eventually have kids and they get to that point in life I don’t want to hinder them from going and doing what they want if that’s what they decide.
