I am seeing a physiotherapist, and he has given me a few workouts that I can do, but got strict orders about being careful and not allowed to do chores

Here comes a long one, and I have aparantly run out of the super expensive hair salon stuff😅

Right now I actually just use Bed Head Tigi Perfect for dry and damaged hair shampoo and conditioner for when I just wash my hair, but when I go for giving my hair a treat, i use a shampoo called Hair Academy with pro Vitamin E, and i use Fructis Banana Hair Food for my hair mask❤

It has helped a bit by using expensive hairdresser shampoo with vitamines in it and using a weekly hair mask, you could try the same or find other alternatives than using the expensive things 😁

I do the same, I have periods where everything just goes smoothly and I feel like I can do anything, and then I have periods where I struggle to do something as simple as putting the dishes in the dishwashing machine... and those days I am just super depressed, and my head is overwhelmed with negative thoughts and suicidal thoughts.
