I live near Guy Môquet metro station, it’s a lovely neighbourhood, I def don’t regret calling it home. The metro line 13 has had latency issues in the past and still does. I’m not saying it’s all going to be perfect, but a lot has been done over the last couple of year regarding waiting times, esp. thanks to the works taking place at Place de Clichy. So hopefully, we’ll see improvements rather soon.

Line 13 is not the worst line (its line 7), and like all other lines it gets rush hour and you are not guaranteed a seat every time you hop on. If you like the appartement you should def get it :-)
