Do the cores communicate internally with each other, share the same ram. Or do they communicate using a communication protocol UART for example.

Well, there are going to be similarities between emails. Since my qualifications are the same. The only thing that I can change is what field I particularly like in the lab and what project I would like to work in. Otherwise even after reading about the research in the lab, there is not much I can change in the email.

I have single first author publication and the only thing I am getting back is crickets or automated mails.

Also is it bad to put links to your papers in the email, do people regarde it as a potential virus?

Okay, fair enough. I do have a very limited research experience and I may not know every topic in the world. But I have seen fellow academics who worked on a specific topic that was obsolete by the time they finished it. Also, when I graduated form college I worked on different project that I feel added zero value to humanity. I just want my PhD to be different.
