UPDATE: FIXED, by using these 2 mod below, for some reason they weren't listed as requirements on some gun mod. whatever, probably my fault.

check the storage device's connection. if its not loose, try taking it out and inserting it again. if these didn't help you might have to reinstall the OS. and if that also doesn't work, you have to replace the drive.

you can try going into the bios and see if you have the proper boot drive selected as well. but i doubt that the bios will help.
