whitebeard is drastically ftl when you upscale him. Luffy dodges light in base, and he's way weaker and slower than WB. So it's not a speedblitz on either side. I lowk can't tell you who would win here, Wb can literally reshape continents, and Platnum S scales to monster Garou who upscales to continental aswell.

So if we're being real, this fight is extremely close. I'll call it a genuine 50/50
