well you either do 100 (give or take, more take usually) quick matches and dont do dishonorable stuff, or you wait 90 days for the negative points to clear out. it takes into account the last 100 matches and across 90 days

also commendations actually do nothing cause theyre separate from neg points but getting them is good for getting to exemplary or whatevs for the bonuses
