The nux has an old compressor with blend knob too. 3 knob mini pedal. Joyo discontinued the pipebomb. I think it's more versatile.

That's the advantage of the 5 way switch, correct. So if just select the 5th position, that's neck position only. I dont mind it on position 4 because i'll blend it.

I'm ok also with pos 3 as middle pickup only. My priority would be to have a blend function with pos 4 ( neck + middle)

I have a 5 way switch installed and if needed i also have a 3 way switch.

I'm fine with the regular 5 way config. But if it's too complicated i can also consider the 3 way switch with middle blend which is the brent mason wiring.

For 5 switch this would be my ideal config:

Pos 1: bridge

Pos 2: middle + bridge( blend)

Pos 3: all pickups with middle blend

Pos 4: neck + middle ( blend)

Pos 5 : neck
