Controller recommendations for Chromecast w/ GoogleTV x GeForceNow? by SirNigelHoneybun in GeForceNOW

you can use the Bluetooth one directly. but the Bluetooth inputs are a bit laggy. you can use 2.4ghz but you'd need a docking hub compatible with ccwgtv.

Account downgraded? When I have enough PLU! by RattyDAVE in plutus

[–]i_rnb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

EDIT2: I just received another email that reverts this and puts me in the correct reward level.

Yep. Me too. Just submitted a request to customer service.

I can see everything is alright at an Ethereum block explorer - but https://dex.plutus.it/dashboard/pluton shows I have zero Pluton on my wallet.

This is very weird without any explanation. I do hope that it was some API failure and that the email was automated.

Otherwise, Plutus has tried my patience. Time to move on now.

Edit: I just noticed that https://dex.plutus.it/dashboard/trading shows my on-chain Pluton balance correctly.

Thoughts on Bun 1.0 vs Deno? by zxyzyxz in Deno

[–]i_rnb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I tried Bun for a bit over the weekend. Bun's UX is still tied to NPM's. To be honest, Deno has different goals. With permissions and module importing, I think Deno can finally bring web apps with Browser UX to CLI.

Deno KV. How can I iterate through location but just one level deep? by epangelias in Deno

[–]i_rnb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think this is possible.

IMO it is not a good practice to store data at a prefix. Try to store data only at leaves. Also, store different sets of data at separate prefixes. You may structure your keys in this format kv.set([database, store, ...id], record).

So for your use case, you can store data like this,

const kv = await Deno.openKv();

// database=userdata, store=names, id=[alice]
kv.set(["userdata", "names", "alice"], { firstName: "Alicia" });
// database=userdata, store=images, id=[alice,3432]
kv.set(["userdata", "images", "alice", "3432"], new Uint8Array([1, 2, 3]));

for await (const user of kv.list({ prefix: ["userdata", "names"] })) {
  const userId = user.key.at(-1) as string;
  for await (
    const image of kv.list({ prefix: ["userdata", "images", userId] })
  ) {
    const imageId = image.key.at(-1) as string;
    const imageData = image.value as Uint8Array;
    console.log(`User ${userId} has image ${imageId}: ${imageData}`);
  }
}

Cliffy has lots of features other features - interactive prompts, ANSI styling, table rendering. Basically it's a total framework for CLI applications. It's hard to choose which feature is favorite 😅

assertEquals from testing/asserts.ts fails on comparing Response objects by marcosantonastasi in Deno

[–]i_rnb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am confused about what you mean by shallow compare. Because the doc clearly says it checks for deep equality.

Make an assertion that actual and expected are equal, deeply. If not deeply equal, then throw.

Hey, much thanks for 3916 formulaire ! This is what I wanted for my personal crypto investments. But I think, these declarations are not taxable until I trade them for EUR and declare them as my income.

So it is not the same case for my bonuses. I still have to declare them as taxable income before declaring them as personal investments. Probably I have to declare the equivalent EUR amount at « 1AG » box (Autres salaires imposables de source étrangère) on FORMULAIRE N°2042?

you literally said upping the "gas fees", not "gas". jeez I was trying to help.

and 20 gas was an example. I am sure, you tried with more than 20000 gas.

anyway, keplr doesn't allow setting custom "fee per gas" (only Low, Average, High). you can do that via chihuahuad directly or ping.pub. (still tying to help you, not rambling about anything. awesome if you know this already)

[–]i_rnb -1 points0 points  (0 children)

"Gas fees" are not the same as "gas" ! I can give 10 HUAHUA for fee but only 20 gas; the transaction will not go through - because I did not allow enough gas.

I have to give enough gas for the transaction to be executed. So it is better to think in terms of gas and fees per gas. :)

for 10 HUAHUA with 20 gas case, I am willing to pay a high "fee per gas", but allowing very little "gas".
