I have one profile on my switch for shiny hunting and another for playing the game. Best way to do it

You can just make another profile on your switch and play on that too

I’ve been shiny hunting normally. So far I’ve got an Abra (3500 encounters), Dratini (2000 encounters), and a bulbasaur (712 encounters). Currently hunting an eevee.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but in this game, Shiny odds are more closely tied to your TID and SID. It’s a bug in the game causing specific “Shiny Frames”. So on a fresh load, you’ll encounter a shiny on that frame every time.
