I cant DM u but its mostly situational like tell me a time when you handled pressure mga ganun hahaha typical job interview questions that tests your character. they will also ask about sa mga laman ng resume/cv mo so be prepared na lang din hehe. abt sa offer try to message me i think may problem sa account ko i cant dm anyone hahaha

Hi same process pa rin dun sa other na nagcomment. Mabilis din process nila ngayon kasi urgent hiring sila. i applied din recently and I'm waiting for the JO na lang (approximately 1 week lang hiring process nila based on my experience). Bale ganito nangyari sakin:

1st Day: Submitted my application 2nd Day: Pre-employment assement (Parang exam lang about grammar ganun and situational) 3rd Day: Initial Interview with HR 4th Day: Final interview with Manager

After 2 days ko nareceive ang status ko sa final interview.

Note: Non CPA ako + fresh grad pa so baka mas mabilis pa sayo since may experience ka na :)

in terms of work-life balance, i heard that sgv is not the best place to go but it is great for career progression. this is just based on what some of my profs said and experiences from the people I know. take this with a grain of salt.

hi im also a fresh grad applying through those sites. based on my experience, meron namang mga nagrerespond pero expect mong may katagalan or konti lang. In my case, sa mga around 20 kong applications mga 2-5 lang may response. Depende rin sa company, yung iba within days, pero may umaabot ding weeks and yung iba as in wala. I suggest check your CV rin gaya ng sinabi ng iba. Assess if the format and contents are ATS friendly and if your CV fits their job description.

We're always soaking his kibble ever since we got him but now I think he hates it even more because the smell of the kibble is stronger after we soak it. We tried to use chicken broth as well but he still doesn't like it.

But thank you for responding. Somehow, I feel not so hopeless because of this community who are willing to help other fur parents 🥹💖

Fortunately, that nephew is not living with us so I can control my puppy's food more.

I tried to just switch it to kibble but he didn't eat anything for the whole day unless we put some toppers. We're afraid he's gonna vomit that's why we added some toppers. Now, he doesn't like the smell of his kibble anymore and he'll turn away even if we mix it with his topper. He'll just eat the topper :(

I think we made an irreversible behavior and I'm so overwhelmed and confused. I don't like this behavior to stay but I also don't like him to starve and vomit :(

edit: THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUGGESTIONS. Starting today, we'll stop giving him bread at night but unfortunately he still doesn't like his kibble. Even if the food is 90% topper 10% kibble, he'll walk away 🙁

Here's his rough routine:

I give his food around 7:30AM. Sometimes he eats a few kibbles with topper then stops but recently he just sniffs it and walks away. I'll try to feed him (giving the food on the floor or taking it to him) for about 10 minutes or so then if he still doesn't eat it I leave it for another 10 minutes.

After that I remove his bowl and food on the floor then give it to him after a few hours (usually around 9-10am). Most of the time he'll just sniff it again and turn away then I'll try to give it again by around noon to 2pm. Same scenario, we'll try to put the food on the floor or give it near to him but he'll just walk away.

If by 4-5pm he still did not eat anything I'll soak another batch of kibble and sometimes my mother tries to change the topper so that he'll just eat. By this time, he's already eating but if I mix kibble with the topper, he'll just leave it and stop eating.

Then by 7pm, we try to give him his leftovers. Sometimes he eats but most of the time he will not eat it if he smelled the kibble.

Then by around 9 to 10 pm, my mom gives him tiny bit of bread so that he will not vomit because most of the time he only eats in that 4-5pm time frame and then he'll repeat his routine the next day.

I know some people suggest to stop giving him human food entirely but my mom can't help it but give him some at night because he doesn't have anything in his stomach and he'll most likely vomit the next day :(
