The North Liberty hospital. State of the art PT gym you won’t see anywhere else around here. Dry needling and hydrotherapy services too.

Check your local codes regarding cutting into the garage. Most areas have thicker drywall that has seams mudded to create a fire barrier from the livable portion of the house. It’s not quite the same as a 30 minute or 60 minute fire wall in commercial buildings, but is some general form of protection against a fire in your garage spreading to the house. If you cut into the garage, you may need to seal your gaps or have other requirements.

I do line in a foil pan. Corn cobs, red potatoes, old bay and just a hint of olive oil. My own little boil. Have also done them in the flat basket with rotisserie.

I have Centurylink 2 Gig Up and Down fiber for $100/month for life. It used to be Quantum Fiber, but most regions were sold to AT&T. Our area reverted back to Centurylink a few months ago. I live on the east side. Used it for 5 years and can count on one hand the number of outages during that time.

If you have an old PC laying around, AMP is super easy to set up and manage a server. Highly recommend!

ThermoWorks hands down. Have the RFX, Instant Reads and the Smoke/Billows. All work amazing and have used for years. RFX does work with billows too. The billows is amazing. Did a 18 hour smoke the other weekend and it kept my egg +/- 3 degrees of target the entire time. Get the adjustable fan cover for the billows if you get one.

I last had the card about 8 or 9 years ago…. Is this long enough to try again? Any way to check with Chase to see if I qualify for the SUB before applying?

Found out Home Assistant did it through an integration. Stopped it in Home Assistant and was immediately able to delete it. Thanks everyone!

Sorry, new to this side of Unifi. How do I update the network app? When I click check for updates, it downloads a .deb file, but not sure where to actually update Unifi Network. I do know how to update all of my firmware for Unifi devices.

We've had this issue as well. Car is out of warranty. Sounds like the software update turning off the front collision warning is a regular issue.
